It is taking a few minutes for a particular user to log into Teamcenter.
other users were ok.This user only uses the thin client.

Solution
It was determined that the user had a lot of entries in the Web History.
The following command was run in a Teamcenter shell to Remove Web History for
this user from the database.
preferences_manager -u= -p= -g=dba -mode=remove -scope=USER
-preferences=WEB_MyHistory -target=USERID
