other users were ok.  This user only uses the thin client.

Solution
. {# F) K. d5 \% S% ?6 }It was determined that the user had a lot of entries in the Web History.
+ {* X/ ^! X; q% C$ p# h
The following command was run in a Teamcenter shell to Remove Web History for
this user from the database.

' S4 L0 ?" A1 P/ W2 a1 H, I$ kpreferences_manager -u= -p= -g=dba -mode=remove -scope=USER
3 J5 N8 C% H6 \/ e-preferences=WEB_MyHistory -target=USERID
