The problem was found to be in /ugs/installed_programs.dat which has the
following entry for NX9:

3 _% q6 E2 l* p( V( U1 B[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Unigraphics Solutions\Installed Applications]

It should have been " Unigraphics V27.0"
