Active Workspace as a web client

By incorporating Active Workspace inside NX, a similar user experience is provided whether you are using Active Workspace embedded in NX or as a web client. In addition, from the Active Workspace web client, you can select a part and launch a new session of NX, which opens the selected part.

The following are capabilities and characteristics of NX and Active Workspace when you are running Active Workspace web client.

! y5 m) o( j. ?" \- y8 |3 o, k* R•You can select any object to open in NX that is defined by the AWC_NX_OpenSupportedTypes preference. This launches a new session of NX and opens the object.
