Linux 验证Teamcenter字符集ISO8859-1方法

Linux系统，teamcenter安装工具需要ISO8859-1的字符集。
7 N2 m% m- W% i) v# B. J! L7 }为什么一定需要这个字符集呢？
4 _& o* P& i& }) R$ F主要是因为teamcenter10.1 的安装bat不再是使用.dat的格式文件了，都用xml格式了。XML在读取和转化的过程中，系统必须能够处理非英文non-ASCII的字符集，所以在本地化之前系统必须加载这种字符集。
通过locale –a  可以查看当前系统的字符集，如果不是要求的字符集，需要添加，具体方法如下：
