Two sites having the same Site ID could result in customer data being written to the
+ G$ S9 X: ^' ?& c. Y3 awrong location and possible data corruption.
In TC10.1.4 and later, you can create a new FMS enterprise ID for your cloned
environment which let FMS support to switch between cloned and original environments.
/ }+ y0 @/ ?2 p9 a. x& UAll Teamcenter related services must be stopped.
! I; l- R" J5 F& ZIn a Teamcenter command window execute the generate_site_id utility.
Execute install -set_internal_site using the new site id.
- n: U* n% R0 O% wExecute the backup_xmlinfo utility
Locate backup.xml file created from working directory
5 b2 g* ^/ w2 C& hOpen this file to validate new Enterprise ID

Update the fmsmaster file(s), including the enterprise id, with the information from the
, q9 a# q: _5 y; e7 D- k9 Z# kbackup.xml file that was created by the backup_xmlinfo utility.
Restart all Teamcenter services.
